The problem

An asset register lives in a CAD file, the live SCADA state lives in a vendor portal, the photos live in a SharePoint folder, the work-order history lives in a CMMS, and the inspection report from last quarter lives in someone's inbox. When a turbine alarms at 02:00, the on-call has six tabs open before they understand what they're looking at.

• One twin per turbine — current operational state, target state, model, serial, install date, every component swap, every inspection report, every photo and document.
• 3D site walkthrough — navigate the farm in browser-native WebGL; click a turbine for its full panel without changing screens.
• Component-level state — the gearbox, generator, converter, blade set, yaw drive each have their own sub-twin with their own history and alarms.
• Eclipse Ditto under the hood — open-source, well-understood digital-twin runtime. Your data is yours, queryable through a documented API.

How it works

1. Each turbine is registered once with its model, serial, location, and component breakdown.
2. Live telemetry flows in and updates the twin's current state in real time.
3. Work orders, inspections, photos, and documents are linked to the twin (or to one of its components) as they happen.
4. Any user with the right role queries the twin via dashboard, 3D view, mobile, or API — and sees the same canonical state.
